AGARTALA, April 7 (TIWN): Miscreants destroyed a farmer’s farm Land. The farm land was destroyed by unknown miscreants. The incident occurred on Thursday night in the South Ghilatali area under Kalyanpur.
The victim farmer identified Motilal Das, after witnessing his farm land was destroyed, rushed to Kalyanpur PS.
It is reported that some unknown miscreants cut down 400 Teasel guard trees and 100 pumpkin trees in Motilal Das' agricultural land on Thursday night. The farmer said that the harvest season had just started. And his family chose to harvest on this agricultural work but now the miscreants destroyed his farmland.
Farmer Motilal Das said, he has lost lakhs of rupees with the devastation.
Farmer Motilal Das broke down after seeing the scenario when he came to work on the land on Friday morning.
After reporting this incident to Kalyanpur PS, the police officials came to the spot and assured a fair investigation will be done.
