AGARTALA, March 23 (TIWN): Tipra Motha supremo Pradyot Manikya on his tweeter page said that by 27th March, an interlocutor will be appointed by Union Home Ministry for constitutional solution and that was assured by none other than Union Home Minister Amit Shah in a telephonic conversation this morning. Earlier, on 8th March Pradyot Manikya was invited by Amit Shah to Agartala State Guest House. Although at that time, promise was given by Amit Shah about appointing interlocutor, but no development happened. Pradyot Manikya after getting telephone from Amit Shah today said, “I hope the home minister will understand the sentiments of the tiprasa and honour the commitment he has given to me”.

“Woke up to an early morning call from the hon home minister Ait Shah to enquire about my health . He also categorically assured me that by the by the 27th of this month an interlocutor will be announced for our talks regarding the constitutional solution for our indigenous people of tripura . I hope the home minister will understand the sentiments of the tiprasa and honour the commitment he has given to me”, tweeted Pradyot Manikya.
