AGARTALA, March 22 (TIWN): Based on tip-off, the police of Sidhai PS Police led a raid at Amrit Pal’s house in Rabindra Palli, Gopal Nagar under Sidhai PS. Police led the raid based on pre-information under the leadership of SDPO of Sidhai Mohanpur PS.

During the raid on last mid-night, Police recovered contraband items like Yaba tablets and Escuff and also seized cash of Rs 56 Lakhs from Amrit Pal’s house.

The Police have lodged a case under NDPS, said a police official before the media.
