AGARTALA, March 13 (TIWN): A clash occurred on Election result day in Barjala (Agartala) after CPI-M candidate had won the constituency and BJP has won over the state. Many BJP workers were hospitalized and CM Manik Saha himself visited GB hospital, and met the injured party workers. Former BJP MLA of Barjala Dilip Das and AMC Mayor Dipak Majumder visited GB and consoled the family members. Talking to media, Mayor Dipak Majumder said, such violence is reported in such places even though our CM has appealed for peace. “The election was held peacefully. Everything was under control.
