AGARTALA, March 10 (TIWN): 7 shops burnt down into ashes on Wednesday night in Chandrapur market in a sabotage fire.

After receiving the fire incident news Mayor Dipak Najumder rushed to the spot today with BJP local leaders. Mayor Dipak Majumder assured the affected traders to be with them and to provide financial assistance.

Confronting media, Mayor Dipak Majumder condemned the fire incident and said that to defame the Govt, miscreants are continuing such violence. He also said that initiative will be taken to find out the miscreants who set up the fire in these shops and will be punished according to law.
