AGARTALA, March 9 (TIWN): Allegation raised against BJP workers for vandalizing and setting fire to a renowned travel agency company in Agartala after the agency employees refused to pay them donations.
The businessman Debabrata Gope protested against it and said, he will take legal action against the miscreants.
The shop is located in Chandrapur. East Agartala police visited the spot and talked to the victim shopkeeper.
Massive extortions have started statewide since BJP's victory in the poll. From house-to-house donation collection to entering schools and offices to get money from employees, hooliganism is going on.
But from Govt side, total silence has been maintained against the entire matter.
In some opposition party supporting families, lakhs of rupees have allegedly been demanded by BJP.
