AGARTALA, Feb 3 (TIWN): Few of the opposition’s secular and democratic parties have aligned for Tripura poll 2023 to fight against BJP, although Congress MLA Sudip Barman has refuted the ‘alignment’ term, saying it is just seat sharing.
On Friday morning CPI-M State Secretary Jitendra Chowdhury visited Congress state President Birjit Sinha’s house.
According to opposition, BJP is an evil force and restoration of democracy is not possible unless BJP is unseated from Tripura.
On the other hand, BJP said, the party believes in development and BJP’s agenda will be focussed on “developmental issues”.
