AGARTALA, Jan 23 (TIWN): Left and Congress have aligned for 2023 Assembly Election. Today, Congress State President Birjit Sinha informed media that on 25th January candidates’ names will be announced and seat sharing also be revealed before the public.
Tripura Assembly Election is going to be held on February 16. January 25 is the final date for candidates’ names announcement and in Tripura all the political parties are under severe pressure about candidates selection.
BJP is also undergoing heavy infighting over candidates’ selection. Central BJP leaders will arrive in Tripura to control the situation, local media reported.
However, BJP leaders in the state told media that nothing is in their hands and everything will be decided by the Central BJP.
