AGARTALA, Jan 2 (TIWN): Minister Narendra Chandra Debbarma has passed away on Sunday. Centering his death, Govt of Tripura has announced 3 days State mourning day. However, BJP party already indulged in party activities with N.C. Debbarma’s image. Shockingly, BJP flags were decorated with NC Debbarma’s picture which is highly unethical and uneducated culture once again displayed by the BJP. Can Congress, CPI-M, or any other party do this in their party offices but putting party flags beside a regional party leader ?
On the other hand, IPFT just one day ahead of N.C.Debbarma’s death announced to fight in 2023 Election alone without any alliance. On that ground, how far BJP’s political claims over N.C.Debbarma is valid, it’s a question.
N.C. Debbarma was suffering for many days due to age related diseases. On Sunday he breathed his last at GB Hospital. On 30th December N.C.Debbarma suffered from brain-stroke. He was 85 years old, holding the Dept of Revenue and Forest under the BJP-IPFT’s aligned Govt since 2018. He was former Director of All India Radio, Agartala.
