AGARTALA, Dec 29 (TIWN): Multiple incidents were reported in Tripura on Thursday where political tension went high among ruling and opposition parties.

In another incident, Congress workers alleged that they were attacked by BJP rally participants in front of Police. When Congress workers were returning home after attending Congress’s rally, a rally of the BJP party was going on in Agartala. During the rally, Congress workers were allegedly attacked by BJP workers.

However, police’s immediate action controlled the situation there.
