AGARTALA, Dec 21 (TIWN): Thieves looted at 5 houses under Kalyanpur police station. The daring theft incident took place on Wednesday night in West Gilatali and Gilatali areas under Kalyanpur PS. According to police sources, a group of thieves looted 5 houses in the same night. The theft incident reportedly occurred at Raman Debnath, Digendra Debnath, Shyamal Debnath, Aarti Bala Biswas and Vijay Debnath’s house.

The householders allegedly took expensive Android mobiles, cash money, gold items and various other expensive items. Kalyanpur police rushed to the spot this morning after receiving news of the theft incident, SI Pritam Dutta led the investigation.

The theft cases are allegedly increasing in Kalyanpur police station area. Centering the theft incident fear has generated among local people.

Now, it is to be seen if the police can investigate and find out the thieves.
