AGARTALA, Dec 19 (TIWN): Allegation of Pathetic service in GB Hospital is not new, as earlier various allegations raised against GB hospital’s services.
On Monday allegation again raised against GB Hospital for providing Poor services due to responsibilities of Health staff. It is known that a patient party came to GB Hospital and had to wait in a long queue in front of the cash counter on Monday due to the non-function of Computer inCash Counter.
It is known that one of the two cash counters is kept closed due to the non-function of the Cash Counter. The staff in charge did not take any initiative to fix the computer. Also an employee was seen busy in playing Video games on Mobile sitting in the opposite counter
Relatives of patients who stood for a long time to deposit money said that they stood in line for 2-3 hours.
Many patient parties expressed resentment due to Poor services in Tripura’s referral GB Hospital.
