Ahead of 2023 Election, Opposition Parties gave the first signal for Alliance : Congress, CPI-M top leaders shared same dais, slammed BJP

AGARTALA, Dec 7 (TIWN): Day after PM Modi shared photos with Communist Parties' top leaders, in Tripura Congress and Communist parties came together. Ahead of 2023 Election, Tripura opposition parties finally have signaled for an alliance today as CPI-M State Secretary Jitendra Chowdhury, Congress MLA Sudip Barman shared the same dais to mark the 75th years of Indian Independence at Agartala Press Club. Addressing on the occasion of 75th years Independence Day observation CPI-M State Secretary Jitendra Chowdhury said, “I appreciate the organizers of the program. It’s late but a strong decision tp be united to unit the nation and to save the democracy. Our nation’s Govt (Modi Govt) is also celebrating 75 years of independence but this is the same Govt that has ruined the structure of democracy and broken the unity. It is very important that we should go ahead unitedly and save the constitution”.

Jitendra Chowdhury slammed BJP Govt for destroying the culture of parliament.

He said, “BJP Govt trying its best to destroy the hopes of the citizens and break the unity inside the nation”.

Chowdhury also blamed BJP Govt for walking in the opposite direction of what the Freedom fighters had dreamt about and walking on RSS’s path which is opposed to the ideology of the freedom fighters of the nation.

Jitendra Chowdhury mocked at the BJP on the ground that they had no role in the Freedom Fight of India.
