AGARTALA, Nov 29 (TIWN): Chief Minister Manik Saha on Tuesday while addressing Rabindra Hall in MBB College on the occasion of arrival of Vice President Jagdeep Dhankar said that law and order has really improved in this state under BJP Govt.
CM claimed that law and order has improved a lot and people are in state of “feeling good” for that.
However, minutes after CM’s remark a 24 years old youth was beaten up by BJP goons in Khowai who is a CPI-M workers.
At the same time, Congress reported at least 47 Congress worker was injured various attacks by BJP in last four days during Tripura Bachao movement which started on November 25 and ended yesterday.
Centre’s data topped Tripura in Northeast for highest numbers of political violence in this state.
