AGARTALA, Nov 15 (TIWN): ‘Pakka’ houses to all were promised by BJP in 2018 Vision Document when BJP was an opposition party. People voted BJP in 2018 but after 5 years of the Govt, not even half-wall houses could be provided to a targeted population, rather beneficiaries names continue to be slashed from various schemes like PMAY, Social Pensions etc. People with political influence regardless of economic status are getting houses which has erupted resentment among the deprived section. From MGNREGA mandays to PMAY house distribution massive corruptions are underway. In such an incident, protesting against the slashing of beneficiaries’ names from PMAY housing scheme list, public blocked road in Bishalgarh-Boxonagar in front of Chelikhala Village Committee office. Due to the blockade, traffic jam was witnessed on both sides of the road.
