NEW DELHI/ AGARTALA, January 14 (TIWN): Bhartiya Janata Party(BJP) is gaining momentum day by day in Left dominated Tripura with hundreds of new corners joining the party every week. Since the Panchayat election BJP has been setting its footmarks in different parts of the state especially in the villages and towns. On Monday (12th January) BJP's Organizational Secretary Ramlalji appealed the party workers to make ' CPI(M) free India' and from this remark it is clear that BJP is looking to form govt in the state. The merging of Tripura Pragatisheel Gramin Congress to BJP with its supremo Subal Bhowmik is no doubt a moral boosting event for the party but BJP has set an even bigger mission in Tripura Mission 2018 . Keeping this in view BJP President Amit Shah has already instructed the state unit to go for all out effort and as per the party's national body decision BJP is eying to itself to be the main opposition by mid-2016.

 Within February, RSS and Akhil Bhartiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP)'as national level leaders are going to visit Tripura and during this time all the sub divisional and district level units of ABVP will be constituted and a highly placed source said," To guide the ABVP , RSS workers have already been instructed. And BJP national body is looking to strengthen the state govt employees' association. This is the prime time to strengthen the employees association as the widespread resentment is now prevailing among the state govt employees regarding the intentional deprivation on them imposed by Manik Sarkar and Co."

       At present even a huge section of the grass root workers of CPI(M) and Congress has started to accept BJP as a platform for raising their voice of protest against the miss rule of CPI(M). It is no surprise that since May 2014 Tripura has earned a good name across the country , thanks to the massive scams in various centrally sponsored funds like MGNREGA, RMSA and NRHM. But all on a sudden just when the anti-CPI(M) movement started to gain momentum in Tripura, Congress High Command , especially Rahul Gandhi, is learnt to have instructed TPCC leaders in Tripura to stop movement against Chief Minister Manik Sarkar and LF Govt in the state. A highly placed source in the AICC said this  email   i on Tuesday evening over phone ," At present Rahul Gandhi's principal advisor is none other than CPI(M) Polit Buro member Sitaram Yechury. And as advised by Sitaram , Rahul Gandhi has stopped the anti-CPI(M) movement in Tripura. And this has simply demoralized the common mass. "   

        A highly placed source in the PMO told TIWN," 7 MLAs already wrote to PM Modi giving the details of the massive looting of the various centrally sponsored funds. And reacting to it PM Modi is lwarbt to have asked the MLAs to send the details of the scams to 7 RCR. " Now-a-days BJP has started to form an organizational set up and it will continue over a long period of time with a target of Mission 2018. And being furious with AICC especially against Rahul Gandhi's attitude, 7 MLAs sent their representatives to the 7RCR with a letter informing the PM about the ongoing scams in Tripura. TIWN source in the PMO said over phone ," Prime Minister has assured the TPCC representative that the govt is looking in to the matter seriously especially on the massive scams in various Centrally sponsored funds."

         As part of Amit Shah's Mission 2018 in Tripura a young RSS whole timer Biblab Deb from Tripura ( now in RSS HQ) is likely to be sent to Tripura as the state BJP President. And even the rebel 7 MLAs too are informed that they are to act as per the BJP's formula . The source also informed ," MLAs are now discussing about their strategies before taking the final decision. " A highly placed source in the TPCC told this correspondent ," It is now clear that AICC won't like to bring the Congress back to power and in that circumstances , it is only ' Crying from the top of a hill' for us to keep our movement against the corrupt CPI(M) Govt in Tripura. Within February you will see that BJP has assumed the status of the main opposition in the state and with the assurance given by the RSS wings, it is not far away when CPI(M) will find its place in the pages of history in Tripura."

       According to RSS Head Quarter source it is also learnt that BJP is all set to gain from RSS base. RSS being a social organ is encouraging even the grass root left workers living in the remote areas in Tripura to come in contact with the BJP. However, presently BJP's sole aim is to form govt in Delhi. Once the Assembly poll in Delhi is over, BJP leadership will start focussing in Tripura. Even the intelligence reports say ," The soil for BJP in Tripura is even more fertile than what it is in West Bengal. This is largely due to the fact that long years of CPI(M) rule has made the people to think for an alternative and BJP is ineed, the most formidable opposition in the state. "

       That the rise of BJP has made the CPI(M) lobby worried is clear from the statement of CPI(M) state Secretary Bijan Dhar, who recently said in a public rally," BJP is the main threat of Tripura's peace." From this statement it is also clear that CPI(M) is considering BJP as the main opposition. To strengthen the party a large number of Congress , CPI(M) and TMC workers are joining BJP.
