AGARTALA, Oct 27 (TIWN): Behind the “Sushashan Banner”, BJP Govt’s massive failure to keep the law and order stable is exposing with horrifying reports of rapes, gangrapes everyday. When the people are in protest rows against two minor girls’ rapes in Kailashahar and Kadamtala, one more rape case report has been confirmed by Irani PS Police in Kailashahar, Unakoti Dist. After Kumarghat minor rape incident on October-19 and Kamalpur on October-26, this time a minor girl was raped in an area under Irani PS of Kailasahar subdivision, Unkoti District and the rapes occured within a week in Unakoti District which has triggered massive panic among the locals. Jahangir Hossain, OC of Irani police station told reporters that Ahid Ali, a resident of Pakhir Bazar village under Isabpur village Panchayat under Kailasahar PS kidnapped a minor girl from the area under Irani PS on Tuesday afternoon on October 25 and he raped the minor girl for entire night.

On October 26th the rapist after raping the girl and sent her to home.

The victim minor girl, after reaching her home told her parents about the incident and the minor girl's mother filed a written complaint in Irani PS on October 26 against the accused Ahid Ali. Police registered case and conducted a medical examination of the minor and arrested the accused Ahid Ali on 26th Oct night.

Accused Ahid Ali abducted the minor and raped her at a secluded place in Halaichhara area of Kailashahar, said the OC. OC Jahangir Hossain also said that the accused Ahid Ali admitted his heinous crime during police interrogation at the police station.

Accused Ahid Ali was produced to Kailashahar court on Thursday.
