AGARTALA, Oct 13 (TIWN): Public blocked the road in Korbook on Thursday in protest against pathetic road conditions, electricity problems, and water crisis. Jatanbari to Depachari road under Krobook block, Korbook subdivision was blocked by the agitating public voicing against the ongoing issues, At around 8 am the road was blocked and was not withdrawn until they had gotten assurance from the officials to end the problems.
Agitating people said that the problem is not new and that for 6 months, they are reeling under this problem. Students, patients everyone is facing the same problem but even after repeated complaints, no action was taken.
Talking to an official, he said that the problem will be solved shortly and all needs will be fulfilled on an urgent basis.
