The deceased woman is identified as Manjubala Debbarma. Sources say that Manjubala Debbarma has been suffering from illness for a long time, and over this a constant argument has been continuing among Manjubala and her son.  

Centering this Manjubala Debbarma tried to commit suicide by drinking acid on Friday morning in missing 9f her family members.

On Friday afternoon when Manjubala's son returned home noticed his mother consumed acid and telling his son to save her. 

Immediately, Manjubala's son informed the Khwoai fire Dept. Personnel, and after receiving news the Fire Dept's personnel rushed to the spot and brought Manjubala to the Khowai Hospital.

But Manjubala Debbarma died later at night while undergoing treatment. 

After postmortem on Saturday Morning, the body was handed over to the family of the deceased.
