AGARTALA, Sept 9 (TIWN):JRBT Group-C and Group-D exam was held last year in August month. Almost 1.21 lakhs candidates attended the JRBT Group-C and Group D exam on August 20 and 22 back in 2021. 1 year has passed but the result has not yet been declared despite HC removed the Stay Order on August 23 on Result publication. The JRBT Job Aspirants repeatedly requested the JRBT Department to publish results but the Dept folded its hands delivering various excuses. On Friday, JRBT Job Aspirants seeking result publication gathered at the JRBT office.

Out of frustration, a JRBT candidate said, “The HC withdrew the Stay Order and JRBT is not even following HC’s order. We all belong to educated society. We don’t have any interest in arguing with office authorities and clashing with Police force. We had never said to form JRBT board and to take exams. You (ruling Govt) had formed JRBT board and now it’s your responsibility how you will publish the result”

The candidate also said, “We don’t have any enmity with Police....... we are requesting to Police not to Lathi Charge on us, Shoot us direct on the head instead of Legs as we are unable to face our family at home”

The JRBT candidate expressed extreme resentment against JRBT Dept.’s officials over unpublished results and against the role of Police over harassing them.
