AGARTALA, Sep 8 (TIWN): Tripura InfoWay News (TIWN) Editor Saumen Sarkar has slammed Education Minister Ratan Lal Nath for his insulting remark to a student calling her poor. On Monday, while addressing the people of Tripura, Editor Saumen Sarkar expressed resentment over the role of Education Minister Ratan Lal Nath which according to the Editor is degrading day by day. Sarkar asked Ratan Lal Nath to behave accordingly as an Education Minister and keep the dignity of his post. “I have seen recently that Ratan Lal Nath in a video conference told a girl that Bipasa, you are so poor. How mean a person can be who can insult a child for her poor economic background. Nath should stop the mockery of the position”, said Saumen Sarkar.“Anytime I do live, I can’t finish my talk without talking about Ratan Lal Nath and Biplab Deb, the two comedians of Tripura. Ratan Lal Nath has some qualities also. He is a good comedian", added Sarkar.
"Without Ratan Lal Nath and Biplab Deb, Tripura media would have not received so much comedy news-feed. Ratan Lal Nath from his political career in Congress to BJP is a dishonest man. That’s how he has made his fund”, said TIWN Editor. However, before TIWN Editor's statement, a BJP MLA also accused Ratan Lal Nath of corrupt and sought CBI investigation into Ratan Lal Nath's property.
"He is the most corrupt politician right now.......", added Editor Saumen Sarkar.
TIWN Editor further took a dig at BJP for giving fake information to BJP National President J.P.Nadda that Vision Document promises have been fulfilled.
