Recently, in Boxanagar, Ratan Lal Nath also said, teachers’ recruitment is not to reduce unemployment problems but for quality-education, but the fact is that in Tripura 95% Govt schools are reeling under massive teachers’ crisis whereas many schools are running with only 1 teacher.

On the other hand, Ratan Lal Nath, the Education Minister is failing to keep his promise that before Durga all TET qualifiers will be recruited whereas only 30 days that is 4 weeks remained before Durga Puja 2022. Over 3,500 TET qualifiers are now jobless and Ratan Lal Nath promised to recruit all before Durga puja but now his promises turning into an “empty promise”. A TET qualified teacher confronting media said, “Education Minister told us that all the qualified teachers will be recruited before Durga Puja Phase-wise, but Durga Puja is not so far. How will the Education Minister recruit all teachers Phase-wise before Puja” ?

The job aspirant asked, “How did Education Minister create only 576 posts by promising to recruit all teachers together?”

“We have seen the Education System in Schools have become Paralyzed, as many Schools are running with heavy teachers’ crisis. Why is Education Minister not recruiting teachers immediately?”, the agitating youths asked.

“Scrutiny, Verification and long Processes are needed for recruitment then how will all the teachers be recruited Phase-wise before Puja?”, he added.

However, the TET qualified teachers demanded to recruit them at a time immediately and raising those issues the TET qualified unemployed youths had gheraoed the Education Dept office, met Elementary Education’s Director.
