KHOWAI, Sep 2 (TIWN): A CPI-M supporter’s house was attacked by BJP backed miscreants but even after the FIR was lodged no arrest of the miscreants was held yet. However, a written complaint has been lodged at the local police station.

The incident took place on Friday afternoon in Ajagar Tila village of West Sonatala panchayat under Khowai police station.

In the afternoon, BJP miscreants of the area entered the house of Manik Shukladas, known to be a supporter of CPI (M) and assaulted the householder.

Manik Sukladas and his wife were injured in the attack.
