AGARTALA, Aug 25 (TIWN): A CPI-M worker was severely beaten by ruling BJP party workers in South Joyanagar area brutally after he went out with his auto from home on Thursday.
The injured CPI-M worker is identified as Sukhen Ghosh (35). It is alleged that Shukhen was beaten up for supporting CPIM and for sharing CPIM’s post on Social media.
Also, it is alleged that his mother was earlier threatened by BJP miscreants not to share CPIM’s posts on Social Media and if he does then he will be beaten up.
Victim’s family said that case will be filed against the miscreants.
