AGARTALA, Aug 23 (TIWN): BJP’s failure to fulfill Vision Document’s promises in 4.5 years, massive unemployment and massive corruption, misrule and violence under sacked CM Biplab Deb’s regime have unrooted BJP from its all support-base. Especially in the ADC areas, BJP’s condition has turned worse and could not be helped by a few regional party leaders’ joining the party. On Tuesday, over 6000 BJP voters joined Tipra Motha led by BJP leader, cum ADC ADM Hangsha Tripura at Manikpur Bazar. Tipra Motha has been continuing to join programs regularly across the ADC areas.
Tipra Motha is now the ruling party of Tripura ADC and announced to contest also from the general seats in non-ADC areas in the upcoming 2023 Poll.
On Monday, in a message to the State BJP Govt, Tipra Motha chief Pradyot Manikya said, “2022’s Tiprasa are not cowards. The Tiprassa are not like 1970’s Tiprasa. We don’t accept your leaders to come to Agartala ahead of Elections and deliver speeches like Sabka-Satha, Sabka-Vikas. But there is no glimpse of Vikas for the Tiprasa. We love India but the Govt also needs to love us. Time has come to speak up and to stand unitedly as Tiprasa’.
