AGARTALA, Aug 22 (TIWN): Will CBI and ED rush to Tripura as BJP Vice President Mangal Debbarma’s vehicle was seized by the public red-handed loaded with Ganja sacks? A large group of public in Khowai ADC village was eyeing to catch Mangal Debbarma's vehicle red-handed and on Sunday midnight, they were successful to catch the vehicle. Surprisingly, the Khowai police vehicle was guarding the vehicle of Mangal Debbarma, although the police refused to accept it. The entire area was put in darkness, no electricity was there during the smuggling and the locals with torch lights successfully nabbed the BJP Vice President’s vehicle which was going to Kamalpur from Khowai.
