AGARTALA, Aug 22 (TIWN): A youth named Suman Das was held by police with massive quantity of brown sugar.

The raid was conducted based on secret information at Chanmari area’s SDO Chowmuhani’s Narayan Debnath’s house, where Suman Das was living for rent.

Along with brown sugar and also a few quantities of heroin, police seized Rs. 21,000 from his home.

Suman Das was arrested and interrogated. He will be produced before the Court seeking 5 days police remand, informed police.
