AGARTALA, July 26 (TIWN): Teacher crisis hits Govt Schools, resulting the Students including parents organising protests demanding teachers state-wide. Centering teacher crisis Baidyanath Majumdar Memorial Higher Secondary School’ student’s parents hanged lock to show the protest. The Protest was started from last Saturday over the solution of teacher crisis and Mid-Day-Meal issues, it is alleged that the Mid-day-meal is providing to the School students is cooked in an unhygienic manner.
It is said that all classes are taking together and centering this the School was locked on Saturday. The parents said if the teacher crisis issues are not resolved on Saturday they will hold protest in massive manner.
The student’s parents said that Vidyajyoti Scheme was started 4 months ago and even after given Rs 1040 for Vidyajyoti Scheme no benefits of Vidyajyoti scheme students yet have received.
