Agartala, January 9 (TIWN): With the initiative of Bishalghar Municipal Council, 10th Bishalghar Book Fair is scheduled to be held at Bishalghar Town Girls’ School ground from January 19 to 23 respectively.

To mark the book fair, recently a preparatory meeting was conducted at the Bishalghar Municipal Council’s community hall. Chairperson of Municipal Council- Purnima Chakraborty and vice-chairperson Partha Pratim Majumder, CEO Surya Kumar Debbarma, officers from various departments and few of the locals attended the meeting.

The 10th Bishalghar Book Fair would be inaugurated at 3 pm on January 19 and it would be continued till January 23. The fair will be opened at 2 pm and would be continued till 8 pm every day. Besides, seminars, quiz, poet-summits and other events would be staged.

To make the book fair a grand success, a working committee and 1 sub committees have been constituted.
