AGARTALA, July 19 (TIWN): On 26th April Supreme Court gave a verdict to provide gratuity to the Anganwadi workers, to extend their Jobs validity to 65 years, and to regularise their Jobs. But the state Govt’s yet not implemented the Supreme Court’s order, where it is mentioned that within 3 months the state Govt should implement SC’s order.

Noticing delay in implementing SC’s order, the Anganwadi workers placed deputation to CDPO in Battala area.

Anganwadi workers demanded the State Govt should take initiative to follow the SC’s order.
