AGARTALA, July 19 (TIWN): Reportedly, a woman named Namita Pal had a security business with Food Corporation of India. In business, Namitha Pal owed Rs 54 lakhs from Food Corporation of India but the Food Corporation of India neglected to provide the deserved money to Namita Pal.
Noticing negligence role the woman filed a court case claiming this money and won the case in court, later Food Corporation of India went to the Supreme Court against the woman and the Corporation of India against lost the case in the Supreme Court.
Despite losing the Food Corporation of India showing various excuses in handing over money to the woman, on Tuesday the woman along with his Lawyer rushed to the office in Agartala Colonel Chowmuhani area to seize the furniture along with the belongings if her money was not returned.
