AGARTALA, July 11(TIWN): 2021 TET Qualified Teachers met CM Manik Saha demanding recruitment at a time at Secretariat. Confronting the media an unemployed TET Qualified teacher said that demanding recruitment several times they met various Ministers, Deputy CM, Education Minister and after a long wait the teachers got an opportunity to meet with CM. The teachers raised that in Govt Schools the teachers crisis has been increasing day after day as School students on regular basis demonstrated protest on road demanding teachers recruitment.
Amid Teachers crisis no Positive sign has been noticed to recruit 3631 TET qualified teachers which erupted resentment among TET candidates.
They have mentioned that many candidates have completed B.ed, D.el.ed by taking loans from banks and now banks are cutting loans from bank accounts and creating pressure on them to pay the debt.
According to the unemployed youths around 30,000 jobs in teaching profession remained vacant but amid it no positive response they have received about recruitment at a time. The teachers briefed before CM over the vacant Post in Teaching Jobs and the miserable situation of TET qualified unemployed youths. However, as per unemployed TET qualified teachers' statement it is known that CM would look into this matter.
