AGARTALA, July 11 (TIWN): Two school students from Amjad Nagar area faced demonic attack by miscreants when they came to celebrate Eid.

Reportedly, 4 school-going friends from Muzaffar Colony in Amjad Nagar under Hrishyamukh Assembly Constituency, Bilonia came to visit Belonia Railway Station to enjoy the joy of Eid on Sunday evening. It is alleged, a group of miscreants suddenly attacked four youths at the railway station publically.

Among 4, the two managed to escape but the miscreants forcibly took Zafar Ahmed and Ibrahim Mia to a secluded place near Satmura School near Belonia Railway Station and beat them severely. Miscreants pierced their bodies with needles, snatched mobile, new gold chain and some money from their pocket.

Centering the demonic attack of the miscreants, Jafar became unconscious. On hearing the incident, the police of Belonia PS rescued the injured Ibrahim Mia and took him to Amjadnagar instead of taking him to the hospital.

As soon as the incident became public a great stir erupted in the whole Amjadnagar. A huge police force rushed to Amjadnagar and took the injured to Belonia Hospital after intense pressure from locals. Presently, injured two are undergoing treatment at Bilonia Hospital in critical condition.

Condemnation of the incident has spread everywhere. Meanwhile, the common people identified the miscreants and demanded immediate arrest.
