AGARTALA, July 6 (TIWN): Teacher crisis hits Tripura Govt School but the Education Minister Ratan Lal Nath including the Cabinet Ministers have no intention to recruit TET qualified teachers, who are roaming Jobless and organising protest to recruit them. Resulting, over teacher crisis, the School students from various subdivisions have been protesting on road demanding teachers.
Students of SamarendraGanj Higher secondary school in Sabroom, South Tripura under poang bari block have blocked roads demanding English Subject Teacher and Head Teacher in the School. Talking before the media they said that since past 2 years the School has been running without an English Subject Teacher, resulting the Students are Scoring Poor Marks in this subject for the past 2 years.
Report says the School has 200 Students and amid that the teachers strength is only 8, which means the teacher strength is less.
Amid 3631 teachers qualified in 2021 TET examination and roaming Jobless but the Govt despite having qualified Teachers not recruiting to Cover Up the Teacher crisis.
