AGARTALA, June 15 (TIWN): Unemployed TSR job aspirants youths have gheraoed police headquarter in connection to TSR recruitment's alleged scam on Wednesday, although strict police barricade prevented the agitating youths from getting inside the police headquarter. They wanted to place a deputation letter before the DGP. On being asked by the media, why the unemployed youths think that corruption was held in the recruitment process, the job aspirants said, “Ofcouse corruption was held. Otherwise, why so many unemployed youths will gather here? The physically unfit persons also got jobs. The previous CM failed to keep his promise of providing jobs and we demand our new CM will look after the matters and order a probe in the matter”.
“At first it was said that massive employment will be generated under incumbent Govt and then when only one interview was held in four years’ span, then massive corruption was traced. We need answers…..The on-duty police officer has said he can not allow us to enter the police headquarter due to Election time. He assured to give us a receive copy in the evening. We trusted the cop. Hope he will not disappoint us” said an agitating Job aspirant.
