AGARTALA, June 11 (TIWN): BJP before coming into power promised state’s innocent people that after formation of Double Engine’s Govt 50,000 Govt Jobs in a year, 7th Pay Commission to Govt employees, Smart Phones to Youths will be given. But ground reality is giving 50,000 jobs in a year is far away matter, the Govt could not even arranged 5000 Jobs for unemployed youths in the last 4.3 year’s regime. Oppositely, the BJP Govt leaders have been giving different statements on jobs, sometimes claiming 25,000 jobs have been given, sometimes 16,000, sometimes 12,000, and sometimes 88, 000.

Report says total 32,238 jobs in various Govt Departments remained vacant. As per finance department sources these jobs could not be given because the state is reeling under financial crisis.

However, although no promise in the Vision Document was fulfilled, BJP has sought votes the by-polls and also distributed new pamphlets among the voters.
