Manik Saha was addressing media while attending a meeting with BJP workers in Bordowali. Saha said, “BJP will not only win but will get more votes than the previous Assembly poll”.

Manik Saha’s opponent candidate is Asish Saha who has been consistently the MLA of Bordowali constituency as a Congress candidate. In 2018 he won poll from BJP party. In 2017, he had joined BJP. Recently, Asish Saha resigned from BJP and MLA post, joined Congress.

In that seat, now by-poll to be held and Asish Saha will face CM Manik Saha as his candidate.
