AGARTALA, May 30 (TIWN): “Joint Movement Committee” of the 10323 Teachers on Sunday has appealed to the terminated 10323 teachers who were cheated by the ruling BJP Party to ask tough questions to the BJP candidates who will visit house to house seeking votes in the coming days. The appeal from the “Joint Movement” committee came when they had organized a program at Agartala City Center in commemoration of deceased 10323 teachers who passed away by committing suicide, depression, and untreated diseases amid their jobless situation. So far 133 terminated teachers died who lost jobs as per Govt’s interpretation of the Court order, where the Court spotted irregularities in 10323 teachers recruitment.
Addressing the media at the program, Joint Movement Committee leader Ajay Debbarma said, “The existing ruling Govt before 2018 poll promised us that our problems will be solved legally and from a humanitarian angle. Today is the time that we should question the people when they are conducting political campaigns in various places and would go house to house to seek votes. We must ask them what happened to their permanent-solution promise given to us ?”
