AGARTALA, May 28 (TIWN): Dharmanagar police have arrested 11 people on suspicion from an ISBT night bus which was on the way to Guwahati. Among them 6 were men, 2 women and 2 children. SDPO Soumya Debabarma said a young man named Sarman Uddin was caught by BSF Battalion No. 139, Yakubnagar and after interrogation it is known Sarman has been in India for the last one year for work. But as he has no valid documents he is not getting paid after work.

Meanwhile, those caught from ISBT said that they had entered India with the help of brokers. But they could not say through which area they entered. After passing 3 to 4 hours they came to Dharmanagar ISBT with an intention to reach Guwahati as after reaching there they will get work

A huge circle is working behind bringing workers from Bangladesh without any documents in exchange for money and employing them in various parts of India.

Apart from the two children, the arrested 9 from ISBT identified as Shahidul Mollah, Mohammad Alamin Mia, Mohammad Mollah, Sabir Sheikh, Raju Sheikh, Ahad Mia, Rahul Sheikh, Bina Begum and Kulsum Begum.

The police will produce them to the court tomorrow.
