AGARTALA, May 26 (TIWN): BJP Govt prior to the 2018 Assembly Poll had promised that after coming into power they will provide 50,000 jobs in a year and also jobs will be given on ‘Missed Calls’ but all were JUMLA. Today Boxanagar locals placed deputation to Boxanagar block on 15 points demands in presence of former CM Manik Sarkar, Shahid Choudhury, Ratan Saha and many others. While placing deputation former CM Manik Sarkar asked, “Where is Job? Posts are getting vacated and vacant post not filled, Post are getting cancelled”.“Former CM, Biplab Deb said that we are not manufacturers of Govt Job, asked youths to open Tea stalls, sell Paan, Bidi and to rear Cows, goats, by saying that the leaders closed their door”, said Sarkar by mocking them. Over cheating with job promises with unemployed youths Sarkar also raised question : Where will they go? How will they survive?
Sarkar in the rally pointing to this ruling govt said that to reappoint those who had worked on Contractual basis under various Govt’s schemes. As under BJP era News offices to journalists are unsafe and many were attacked in the past 4 years centering this Sarkar raised question that whether the attack on Media will be stopped or not?
In the last Civil Poll record breaking ‘Poll Rigging’ was done by miscreants under BJP leader’s shelter and many elderly citizens were beaten up and threatened not to go to the Voting center to cast vote. Over this Poll rigging Sarkar raised question whether the snatching of Voting Rights will be stopped or not.
