AGARTALA, May 21 (TIWN): Private security guards working at Agartala IGM Hospital detained a 23-year-old man and a 16-year-old girl last night. A sharp weapon (Dau) was found inside the bag.

When the young man was asked he said he is a coconut seller and that’s why he kept it inside his bag. The security guards later handed over the matter to the TSR on duty at the hospital.

As usual, when TSR called Agartala West PS, the police of Agartala West PS told them to leave them outside the gate of IGM Hospital.

But later, the private security personnel of the hospital released the young man and kept the 16 year-old girl in their custody.

And this morning they will talk to the girl's family and will hand her over to them ... In this incident, tension spread in the premises of IGM Hospital.
