AGARTALA, May 17 (TIWN): Recently one CCTV footage of Hotel Polo Towers was leaked to national media houses where a petty issue was shown in a big manner just ahead of Tripura Chief Minister’s replacement. Former BJP MLA Asish Das alleged that it was a deep intrigue played against Jishnu Debbarman who is respected by people regardless of political barriers. The Ex-BJP MLA also recalled how former Chief Minister Biplab Deb’s own son was caught in controversial situations and then the youths who faced off with Biplab Deb’s son during such incidents were arrested, and tortured.

However, Asish Das’s statement gets a ground as questions were raising how come Hotel Polo Towers like a business centre would dare to leak CCTV footage of such a powerful leader Jishnu Debbarman’s family members when the same hotel has been under threat of BJP and forced opposition Trinamool leaders to check out due to political pressure.

Asish Das said because Manik Das is closed to Biplab Deb, so he was managed to put in that position. Asish Das also supported Ram Prasad Pal for his view against Manik Das.

Now Asish Das has alleged it was just to down the image of Jishnu Debbarman so that he can not become the Chief Minister though he has been the strong candidate for the post.

Asish Das also asked, why 33% reservation can not be implemented for women in the Cabinet Ministry selection ?
