AGARTALA, May 16 (TIWN): Sacked IPFT Minister Mebar Kumar Jamatia on Monday had organized a meeting with IPFT members though no MLA was seen with Mebar Jamatia. On being asked by the media, Mebar Jamatia why no MLA is present in his meeting, Mebar Jamatia said that posts he said MLA posts or Minister posts are not important in politics, what matters is the public support. “Legally, I am the President of IPFT though four MLAs who promised me to join me, could not join because of might be some issue, though they are in my contact in politics, the public will speak the last”.The meeting was held at Rabindra Satabarshiki Bhawan, Agartala. The IPFT leader has been sacked from the cabinet. He is the second Minister who has been sacked from the cabinet after Sudip Roy Barman under Tripura BJP Govt.
