AGARTALA, March 29 (TIWN): Though no statement was issued by Tripura BJP yet, but on being asked, BJP Minister Santana Chakma said, “BJP believes in Sabka-Sath, Sabka-Vikas neeti and has nothing to do with someone’s personal view. BJP never discriminates against humans based on religion and cast. My view matches with BJP’s Sabka-Sath, Sabka-Vikas ideology. Whatever Sambhu Lal Chakma has said, I have no comment over that……It is fully his personal view, not party’s ideology”.

The statement came after BJP MLA Sambhu Lal Chakma had demanded that all Madrassa schools should be closed in Tripura and he also said, Madrasa will be definitely closed. Sambhu Lal Chakma in the Assembly, further requested Chief Minister Biplab deb to close all the Madrasa schools, alleging these schools are only manufacturing ‘terrorists’.
