AGARTALA, March 23 (TIWN): Back in 2019, when Tripurainfoway.com turned the only media to voice against the relaxation of B.Ed in TET exams, and students gheraoed the Secretariat, then Ratan Lal Nath to some of the officials commented that unemployed youths had been misled but the which was warned in that news and the fear of the qualified job aspirants today has turned true, as the BJP Govt after giving jobs to around thousands of people in relaxation exams exempting B.Ed for appearing in TET, the B.Ed holders even after passing in TET are now unemployed and Govt is incapable to recruit all TET qualified B.Ed students. So, TIWN’s prediction has resulted as true because quality-candidates are today deprived. But on that time many students were arrested and police case was done against them for raising voice against relaxation TET exam.

They are somehow paying the price of undeserving candidates’ recruitment when the job recruitment has been at a very low rate since 2018.

TET qualified unemployed youths raised a valid question on Tuesday press conference asking if there are no vacant posts in the Education Dept, why did the State Govt lie to Centre in 2019? The question was raised reminding that in 2019, Tripura Govt managed one-time relaxation for the Teaching Job Aspirants telling the Central Govt that 12,222 posts are vacant. “We demand all TET qualified unemployed persons’ immediate recruitment when vacancies are available and schools are suffering due to heavy teachers’ crisis”, said a job aspirant to media.

The job aspirants said they have not received TET certificates.

“We have nothing to do with politics. We just demand recruitment and we demand that before the 2023 election, we should be appointed”, added the job aspirants.
