JOLAIBARI, March 21 (TIWN): A housewife of Jolaibari in Shantir Bazar subdivision who used to stay at the residence of Homeopathic Doctor Sameer Dey’s house in Baikhora for working in a private company alleged being raped.
The housewife alleged that Samir Dey, the doctor was forcibly raping her in his house.
Allegedly, Samir Dey also used to take his friends to his house at night and tried to molest the housewife.
The housewife alleged that when she went to the Jolaibari Social Health Center for medical treatment, a politically muscled team threatened her and the doctors refused to give her medical treatment. She later sought medical attention from Bologna Health Center.
The victim has alleged that police are playing biased role and not taking action against the culprit.
