AGARTALA, March 11 (TIWN): CPI-M organised a press meet over the ongoing brutal attacks on opposition houses and party offices at various places over the past 24 hours. Condemning the ‘Political Violence’ Party Secretary Jiten Choudhury said that this unstoppable attack has been going on state-wide since past 47 months. Choudhury condemned the silent role of state CM and said, "Instead of taking action it has been seen that CM Biplab Deb sitting at secretariat and giving Political Lectures”. He also stated that the prime 39 attack happened till last midnight was listed and sent to CM.

The CPI-M party secretary further stated that AD Nagar’s CPI-M party office’s main gate was vandalized, ransacked inside the party office and was set on fire, though on receiving news Fire Service vehicle rushed at spot but the Fire Service personnel confronted obstruction, which had spread the fire flames intensely. 

Jitendra Choudhury expressed surprise over BJP's "bulldozer" rally which was unseen in Tripura earlier.
