AGARTALA, March 7 (TIWN): Reportedly, on 13th Feb 2021, High Court’s Division Bench gave verdict to regularise the SSA teachers and to start Pension system but yet not the SSA teachers benefitted with it, which brewing resentment among the deprived SSA teachers since past a year. Raising this the deprived Tripura Samagra Shiksha Employees Association placed deputation to Education Department with 5 Points demand.

The demand raised- Regularisation should be provided to those SSA Teachers who are fallen Category, to comply with the judgement order of the Honourable High Court of Tripura.

Demands raised to regularisation of services of all non teaching staffs who are working under Samagra Shiksha. Demanded for granting financial benefits i.e. DA , HRA , CA , MA and also 2.57 factor w.e.f. October 2018 to all employees working under Samagra Shiksha.

Demand also raised to remove NC status and to provide all the Banking facilities like other government regular employees receive.

Bastab Debbarma, Chairman of SSA Association confronting the media said that the High Court already gave verdict to regularise but the State Govt took bizarre scheme.

Opposing the Govt scheme the SSA teachers demanded that they be regularised immediately.

However, earlier too the SSA Association placed deputation to the Education Department raising those demands but yet their demand was not met.
