AGARTALA, March 1 (TIWN): After CPI-M State Conference which was organised on 25th and 26th followed by 24th Feb's massive rally at Astabal, CPI-M workers were attacked by BJP goons.

Reportedly a CPI-M’s active woman worker from Jolaibari, Thakur Chara area and many others were injured after BJP’s brutal attack. To know the health situation of CPI-M active workers, CPI-M state secretary Jiten Choudhury went to GB Hospital.

Addressing media Choudhury stated that still, the BJP hooligans are organizing attacks at Jolaibari, Thakur Chara area but the Police oppositely taking fabricated cases against CPI-M workers.

Chowdhury also stated that People are becoming more active against these attacks to fight back and he believes these brutal days will no longer exist in the coming days.
