AGARTALA, Feb 28 (TIWN): Amra Bangali party has slammed Tripura BJP Govt for intimidating the opposition parties by using police machinery to silence the opposition voice.
The party of Monday has condemned the police’s role in Tripura violence and State Govt’s role by pushing ruling party cadres to attack opposition rallies.
“We as the opposition are not allowed to file nominations. For a single rally, we have to go to the police station repeatedly. So, we have decided that up to 2023 poll, we will not need any police permission. If police permit us then it’s fine or we will not seek further permission but to continue programme without police permission”, said Amra Bangali leader.
